We have complete R&D team of 30 engineers, and plenty of know-how technology to make our idea into production. We design our patented acoustic driver, ensuring our best sound performance; we design the software of audio and video, ensuring our best system reliability; we finalize electronic design in house, ensuring our economic cost; we do all tooling design, ensuring best assembling efficiency.
We are one of the few companies who can do audio and video project together, which is strongly backgrounded by non-duplicable KNOW-HOW.
OUR FACILITIES
We not only do simple assembling. We have setup full line of production including mould production and plastic injection, PCBA assembling, acoustic drive unit production, and assembling. All the core parts are produced in house to control the quality and cost.
4 DVD production lines, 2 home theatre production lines, 2 PCB lines, 2 driver production lines, 10 plastic injection machines, our production capacity is well guaranteed.
Our heavy-invested reliability lab, including dropping-test machine, vibration-test machine, temperature test chamber, salt-fog test machine, shielding chamber etc is the best guarantee to our products reliability.
